How Does the 30-Day Guarantee Work?

You may return unopened products (or items containing a reasonable amount of the unused product), in original packaging within 30 days from the date on which the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price.

Only unopened or minimally used items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. If you have any questions about whether your opened product qualifies for a return or refund, please contact a customer service representative at info@cbdfx.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Please visit the link below and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.

* If you receive an error message with your order number, please add a # before you enter the order number. 
 

You can select the products you are returning to generate a Pre-Paid Return Label, which will include the return address.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND:

1. Go to https://returns.narvar.com/cbdfx/returns
2. Enter your Order Number and Email address. Be sure to enter a # before the order number if you receive an error message. 
3. Select the product you would like to return
4. Answer the questions on the dropdown menu regarding why you are returning your product
5. Click “Next”
6. Choose how you would like to return your product
7. Review your return and click “Submit”
8. Follow the instructions to print your return label, pack up your product, and drop off your package.

Refunds

If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition.

Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days of receiving the items and will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase.

Please be advised that usually refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.
