Our Policy on Product Returns/Exchanges
You may return your unopened products in their original packaging within 60 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund of your order—excluding shipping costs. You may also exchange your products for something else of equal or lesser value. If your item(s) have been opened and used we ask that you email our Customer Service team at Info@CBDfx.com for further details on your return.
In order to return a product, you may contact us by CLICKING HERE and submitting a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. If the item is damaged or defective, we may request you to send us pictures of the damaged or defective merchandise prior to issuing an RMA number. For returns on promotional items, all items included in the promotion (free gift, etc.) need to be returned. If a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding shipping charges). You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for the exact item purchased—unless the item is no longer available.
If a defective item is returned and shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged there will be a 25% restocking fee applied.
You may be able to expedite an exchange by placing a new order while your return is processing.

- Once the unwanted item has returned to us, we will refund the item (excluding all shipping costs).

Disposable CBD Pens Warranty:
Please contact us within 14 days from the date your disposable vape pens were delivered to report a defective pen. Exchanges may only be made within 14 days of the package’s delivery.
Vape Kit Warranty:
Please contact us within 90 days of your vape kit’s delivery to report a defective CBD Vape Kit.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND:
- Contact us via our Contact Us page by CLICKING HERE. We’ll need to verify your item is available for return before taking any further Our assigned agent will get back to you with details on what to do next.
- Repackage the item including all original parts, packing materials, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of merchandise damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items for return must be unused and undamaged to qualify for the refund. Items sent back in a regular envelope are not acceptable as they are susceptible to damage or loss during transit. Padded envelopes or boxes are required and are provided free of charge by USPS if sending Flat Rate Priority Mail.
- Include a copy of the original packing list in the package, and indicate whether you want to be refunded for the item or if you prefer to have a replacement sent out.
- For defective returns, you will be issued a prepaid return label. For non-defective returns, you will need to send the package back to the address provided by our agent.
- To receive a refund, the returned item must be received in a satisfactory condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days of receiving the items and will be applied directly to the payment method provided at the time of purchase.
