SHIPPING INFORMATION

At CBDfx we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. 

Orders received before 2 pm CT Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, will be processed the same day. Any order received after 2:00 pm CT will be processed the following business day.

Orders received on Friday after 2:00 PM (CT) will ship on Monday unless it is a Post Office Holiday.

In some instances, and during special promotions, processing time can take up to 72 hours. 

The following shipping methods are available:

• Free Shipping (5–8 business days) via USPS 
• USPS Ground Advantage (3-7 business days) via USPS
• Priority (1 to 3 business days) via USPS does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery
• 2-day air (2 business days) via FedEx does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery
• Overnight (1 business days) via FedEx does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery

IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that all suggested delivery times are estimated and NOT GUARANTEED. Shipping carriers do not count the day your order ships as the 1st business day.  

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Also, note that business days do not include weekends or holidays, and holiday delivery is not currently available for any shipping methods.

Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO.

FREE SHIPPING OPTION (50 US STATES ONLY):

Orders placed with the Free Shipping method that are shipped within the continental United States should arrive within 5 – 8 business days, depending on the delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 2 – 3 days for delivery.

USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE:

USPS Ground Advantage will be processed on the same day if placed by 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on delivery location.

For example, orders shipped to Texas may be delivered in 1 to 3 business days, whereas the orders shipped to some east coast states may be delivered closer to 5 or 7 business days.  

All the rates for USPS Ground Advantage mail delivery are generated in real-time by the United States Post Office (USPS.com) and shown to you during checkout. We do not add surcharges to the live USPS shipping rate. All orders must have a valid street address verifiable by USPS to be delivered successfully. If your address is incorrect, your order may be held, and we'll contact you to confirm the shipping address. 

Note: Free shipping is offered for purchases delivered by USPS. If you select this option, we cannot guarantee your delivery or accept any liability for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If this happens, we would recommend that you address this with your local post office. If you are concerned about this happening to you, we suggest you ship via FedEx. Guaranteed delivery is available with this option.

PRIORITY MAIL:

USPS Priority Mail will be processed on the same day if placed by 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within 2 to 3 business days (may arrive sooner in Texas).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CT) will be processed on the following business day and should arrive within three business days. All orders must have a valid street address verifiable by USPS to be delivered successfully. If your address is incorrect, your order may be held, and we'll contact you to confirm the shipping address. 

Please note if you place your order on a Friday after 2pm CT, on a Saturday, or a Sunday, your order will not be picked up by USPS until Monday. Your delivery date will be the following Thursday for 3 business days transit time. 

Fed Ex 2 Day Air:

Orders with FedEx 2 day will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within two business days once shipped from our location. Please also keep in mind that our Fed Ex 2-Day service does not deliver on weekends. 

Please note if you place your order with FedEx 2 day on a Friday after 2pm CT, on a Saturday, or a Sunday, your order will not be picked up by FedEx until Monday. Your delivery date will be the following Wednesday for 2 business days transit time. 

Fed Ex Overnight

*Service not available for Vape Products.

Orders with FedEx Overnight will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within one business day once shipped from our location. Please also keep in mind that our FedEx Overnight service does not deliver on weekends. 

Please note if you place your order with FedEx Overnight on a Friday after 2pm CT, on a Saturday, or a Sunday, your order will not be picked up by FedEx until Monday. Your delivery date will be the following Tuesday for 1 business day transit time.

All domestic shipping rates are generated automatically by USPS.com or Fedex.com and may vary from location to location. You can review the shipping rates before your order is completed and the payment is applied. Estimated Delivery time frames are also available at checkout.
