My discount code is not working on my subscription order

If you have a non-subscription product in your cart, the discount will only be applied to the non-subscription products. 

Discounts and promotion codes cannot be applied towards subscription items as subscription items are already discounted. 

Subscription products are excluded from site-wide sales unless otherwise noted.
