How do I cancel my subscription?

You can easily manage your subscription by visiting your My Account page. Just look for the Subscriptions section.

Select Edit under Active Subscriptions. 

Scroll all the way down, and select Cancel Subscription 

Once your subscription is canceled, you won't be billed for any future shipments. 

If your next subscription order has already been processed prior to you canceling your subscription and you wish to cancel the order, please give us a call immediately at 888-991-7471 and allow our team to confirm your cancelation request. 

As long as your order hasn't already been processed, we'll do our best to cancel your order.
