Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

Our Team is available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST. Please submit a ticket by emailing us at info@cbdfx.com or give us a call at 888-991-74-71 and allow our team to confirm your cancelation. 

As long as your order hasn't already been processed, we'll do our best to cancel your order. 

If you've already received tracking information, it means your order has been packaged and labeled—this is the final step in our warehouse processing. At this stage, orders can no longer be canceled.
