How Much CBD Oil Should I take?

Unfortunately, we can’t recommend an exact dosage because everyone will react to CBD differently. You also have to factor in things like your height, weight and metabolism.

Here is a link for what dosage is best for you based on your weight for a mild, moderate, and heavy dosage. We always recommend using CBD consistently for at least two weeks for best results.
