CBD and THC are the most well-known of the more than 100 cannabinoids found in the hemp plant.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a nonintoxicating cannabinoid while THC is the cannabinoid responsible for making people experience an intoxicating effect. The most abundant form of THC is delta-9.
Delta-9 is a form of THC, so hemp-derived delta-9 is just THC that comes from hemp instead of cannabis plants.
The main difference between hemp-derived and standard THC is the extraction process as well as the THC content. Hemp plants have lower levels of THC, containing no more than 0.3% THC.
All CBDfx products are derived from industrial hemp and contain less than 0.3% ∆9-tetrahydroncannabinol (THC) in accordance with the regulations set forth in the 2018 Farm Bill.
