Your bank card may be declined due to an address verification mismatch.
This means that our system was not able to match the billing address you provided us with the billing address your bank has on file for the card.
Keep in mind, we do not ship any products to your Billing Address, this is simply to verify your card information. In some instances, you need to enter a Billing Address that may be different from your Shipping Address.
For any declined AVS transactions you submit, you will see a pending charge due to a failed transaction. Your bank will put a temporary "Hold" for the amount of the transactions on the funds in your bank account. These are not successful charges, and will usually clear in 24 to 72 hours (depending on the bank's internal policy). Once the hold is cleared, those funds will be released back into your account.
We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you understand that to deter theft, we cannot accept a credit card or debit card if the AVS check fails.
At this time, we do not accept any international bank cards.
