How Do I Redeem My Points?

You can redeem your Loyalty Points once you’ve earned a minimum of 100 points:

• For every 100 points, you can redeem a $5 coupon
• For every 200 points, you can redeem a $10 coupon
• For every 300 points, you can redeem a $15 coupon
• For every 400 points, you can redeem a $20 coupon
• For every 500 points, you can redeem a $25 coupon
• For every 600 points, you can redeem a $30 coupon
• For every 800 points, you can redeem a $40 coupon
• For every 1,000 points, you can redeem a $50 coupon
• For every 1,500 points, you can redeem a $75 coupon

Loyalty Points Redemption Policy:

Non-Stacking with Other Discounts: Loyalty points function similarly to coupon codes. They cannot be combined with any other discount offers or coupon codes during checkout.

Usage on First Subscription Order Only: Loyalty points can be redeemed on your first (parent) order, but they cannot be applied towards any subsequent renewal orders.

Account Requirement: To redeem your loyalty points or referral bonus, you must be logged in to your account.

Redemption Process: When you redeem your loyalty points at checkout, they will be converted into a discount code. This code will be applied to your order, and the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.

Accessing your Discount Codes: After redemption, you can view your reward code in the Points & Rewards section of your account. If you decide not to use your points, don't worry — they will automatically be credited back to your account within 48 hours.
