Turning Your Vape Kit On
In order to fully power on the Vape Kit, you must press the button 5 times. It will need to be pressed very quickly (within 3 seconds), if you take too long in between button presses the device will not register that you are trying to turn it on. Again, please make sure to press this button 5 times very quickly. You should see a light blink pink/purple five times, then turn blue. This means the device is on. Once the device is fully powered on you should see the button illuminate blue for the length of the button press. Please make sure to press and hold the button down for the length of the puff in order for the device to produce vapor and once you are done with the puff just let go of the button and it will stop producing vapor.
Correctly Seating Your Vape Kit's Magnet
If you’re having issues with your vape kit after powering it on, check the position of your vape kit’s magnet. It should fit snugly inside the cartridge with the flat side facing down, and the notched side facing up.
Once correctly seated, place the cartridge back into the vape kit, and you should feel the pieces connect. If it doesn’t, repeat the steps above to ensure your vape cartridge is correctly assembled and positioned.
My Vape Kit is On But Nothing's Coming Out
If the top/mouthpiece of the cartridge is not fully screwed down, the atomizer/coil that is connected to the long stem that sits inside of the tank would not make contact at the bottom of the cartridge. This contact must be made for the electrical current to reach the coil. Please make sure that it is fully screwed down so that it can receive its proper electrical connection.
